ai vc irá navegar em:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion >InternetSettings
depois clique com o botão direito em um espaço vazio vai em NOVO>>>Valor DWORD, adicione os valores dword seguintes:
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server=Dword:0000000a
MaxConnectionsPerServer=Dword:0000000a
Pronto agora reinicie e veja a grande diferença !
